Chris is the major Shareholder/CEO of the Pr1me Group of companies and has been a major player in Facilties Management for over 35 years. Prior to his life at Pr1me, Chris was a director at both Pritchard Services and HAT Group and was one of the founding shareholding directors of the MITIE Group.
Chris has extensive knowledge and experience of large tender bids and development and put together the original contracts for the London Dockland Development Corporation, Eurotunnel / Transmanche Link and Olympia & York.Contact

Steve has over 35 years experience in the retail, construction, call centre and facilities industries and has held a number of senior positions in blue chip companies on both the client and contracting sides. Steve is responsible for developing both existing and new business as Pr1me continue to grow within these sectors.
Steve also has a Diploma in Business Management Studies obtained at Milton Keynes College and joined Pr1me in November 2010.Contact

Simon is responsible for the day to day running of operations for Pr1me in his role as regional manager for the North of England. In his Capacity as Technical Director he works closely with the Engineering & Helpdesk staff to maintain good customer support and to ensure the company continues good standards of work. Simon has worked for Pr1me for 17 years working with existing clients and helping to build relationships with new clients.
He is also the qualifying manager for the NIC/EIC liaison, ensuring company standards.Contact

Gavin has over 25 years experience in the service industry having previously worked for ISS Facilities Services, he joined Pr1me in April 2008 as Business Development Manager and was promoted to Divisional Director in 2010. He is responsible for the overall running operation of the Pr1me Cleaning business which involves everything from gaining new contracts, tender evaluations and costing new contract start up's. Gavin oversees our Area Operation Managers on the day to day running of the business and has built relationships with our clients as well as overseeing our tele-marketing service.Contact

James joined Pr1me in 2002, first as a storekeeper, then a site security supervisor and then cleaning supervisor.
He was then promoted into our Management team as an Area manager, and then promoted to the position as an Area operations Manager and finally to a Senior key Accounts Manger. James has previously worked in the airline business as a store accounts keeper, become a ticketing officer, then a flight dispatch officer before changing his career path and going into the service industry.Contact

With over 25 years in Customer Services Leanne has worked for a number of blue chip companies over the years. She has been with Pr1me since 2003 and has successfully developed and managed all aspects of the Service Desk during this time.
The aim of the Service Desk is to be provide excellent customer service which exceeds customer expectations, with communication being the key to this. Leanne is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers and development of the team internally.Contact

Richard joined Pr1me in 2013, after 25 years in the electrical contracting, wholesaling & manufacturing industries. Primarily responsible for procurement, Richard works closely with our network of carefully selected commercial partners to enable Pr1me to keep its team of nationwide engineers on the road with the necessary materials to provide a "first time fix". Liaising with our manufacturing and wholesaling partners, Richard ensures Pr1me are aware of the latest products and trends across all disciplines and is able to offer our customers the most cost effective and futureproof solutions to all their issues.Contact
